Responsibility

  • manage all aspects of workshop operations, ensuring vehicles are repaired to the required quality and within agreed timeframes
  • consistently manage a focused team repairing vehicles to our exacting standards
  • monitor and analyse workshop KPIs and operational data to identify trends, drive improvement, and deliver on performance targets
  • responsible for all vehicle parts acquired for mechanical work carried out through the workshop facility
  • collaborate with other operational teams to share best practices and enhance end-to-end workflow
  • quality control of all vehicles repaired within our aftersales department
  • manage all reporting and necessary paperwork for the workshop facility
  • responsible for maintaining our reputation of delivering the best standards in the industry

Requirements

  • valid UK driving license is essential
  • minimum of 5 years' experience in a workshop or production management role, or equivalent experience in a high-volume, process-led environment
