deputy manager
Responsibility
- an exciting and rewarding new position within a successful grassroots older people's Charity based within the London Borough of Camden who will support and act as a successor to the General Manager who has announced their retirement
- our focus is in reducing the stark social, econmic and health inequalities that exist and empowering older people in taking on volunteering roles as co-producers of our services
- in conjunction with the General Manager to run the full scope of operations for the Charity in its entirety - from general operations, training and research, premises, partnerships to finance, fundraising, governance, compliance, monitoring, evaluation, marketing and includes community outreach
- we are looking for someone who is happy to work hands on, with other staff, volunteers and service users and also able to stand back to take strategic decisions and know how to proactively manage their time between these twp ways of working
