Responsibility
- my client is an instantly recognisable UK brand selling high quality sofas and furniture
- regional Manager
- responsible for a group of ‘big ticket’ retail stores, you will lead, inspire, motivate, and coach high performing store teams, ensuring all stores achieve sales targets, growth objectives and KPI’s
- responsible for a group of 'big ticket’ retail stores, you will lead, inspire, motivate, and coach high performing store teams, ensuring all stores achieve sales targets, growth objectives and KPI’s
- you will be directly responsible for overseeing the effective day to day management of these stores, including staff/ rota planning, staff appraisals and general performance reviews, by providing strong and effective leadership
- you will have experience of managing either a group of stores, or several people in multiple locations and have experience of working within sales and retail/ FMCG
- you will currently be in a high performing Sales/Regional Operations Manager or Store Manager role, ready to take the next step in your retail career
- my client is open 7-days a week, so the working pattern will be 5 days over 7 with some weekend work necessary and expected home location is within a 1 hour driving distance of Birmingham
