Requirements

  • you must have a full UK drivers’ licence as travel is essential

  • effective communication skills
  • confident and responsive to answering client questions
  • ability to accurately record client instructions
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or sales/advisory role is essential. Experience in the Wills & Probate industry or Financial Services would be advantageous
  • if you have experience in a customer service, sales or advisor role, this will be advantageous but not essential as full, comprehensive training will be given
