Responsibility

  • overseeing the daily management of all parks in your area
  • motivate and lead the team to ensure our parks are maintained and delivering excellent customer service
  • increase standards of the parks and consistency across the region
  • set targets for individual parks to deliver
  • identify training and development needs for staff
  • oversee maintenance / contractor works on park
  • assist in the preparation of our new homes for sale
  • producing reports for each park

Requirements

  • managerial experience
  • experience of working on a residential/holiday park would be an advantage
  • knowledge of park maintenance and the general management of residential parks
  • managing: 1 year
