Responsibility
- sourcing and screening candidates for job openings using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- conducting interviews with candidates and assessing their suitability for different job roles
- building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- providing advice and guidance to clients on recruitment strategies and market trends
- identifying and engaging with top talent in the finance industry
- building and maintaining a strong network of finance professionals
- managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and conducting reference checks
- in this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process for our clients, helping to identify and attract talented candidates to fill their job vacancies
Requirements
- fluent in German
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- excellent organizational and time-management skills
- ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
- self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic
- A keen interest in the recruitment industry and a desire to learn and develop your skills in this area
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field would be an advantage, but not essential
