Responsibility

  • the purpose of the role is to ensure Surrey Wellbeing Partnership charity has an effective and ongoing banking, payment and cash management service with a focus on day to day business of SWP charity and to support the work of the wider Partnership
  • the post holder will be responsible for routine questions from Partners and act as first point of call for routine financial matters
  • this role reports to the SWP Finance Lead, but will link closely with the CEO and committee chairs, as well as partner teams, as required
  • balance sheet reconciliations and producing monthly trial balance report
  • assisting and providing the updating of cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • managing all banking processes, preparing payment batches in the online banking system, and posting receipts and payments to the accounting system ensuring accuracy
