c) Recognised certificate in respect of Hygiene control
Responsibility
c) To adhere to the IDDSI framework at all times
e) To ensure that snacks are available at all times – supporting the hostess in ordering required snacks and beverages requested
a) To cook, prepare, and present the above meals at the agreed times, with a minimum of waste, both of food and energy
h) Ensure provision of cultural or religious dietary needs as per individual care plan
b) To Ensure order choice forms are collected each day from the floors and to cook the required number of each portion required for each mealtime
d) To provide each service user with three full meals each day at intervals of not more than five hours during the day
f) Consult with the home nurses, therapeutic and dietetic staff on special needs, including adequate provision of calcium, vitamin D and Low-calorie products
l) To participate & Support in the training of the kitchen staff
Requirements
a) Assist in the provision of a varied and changing menu to multiple service users
b) Have worked with older people including people from different cultures
a) Be able to communicate with service users and colleagues both verbally and written
c) Have assisted in training of junior catering staff
b) Be able to work in a safe manner
