- in consultation with the nursery manager, directors and professional advice, plan and implement nutritional four weekly menus
- to budget & order food/equipment from suppliers ensuring value for money
- to implement portion control in line with nutritional guidance for under-fives
- to complete all health and safety paperwork required by environmental health
