Requirements

  • proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • ability to create innovative and appealing menu items
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management
