Responsibility
- collect van from a nearby location, drive to the site and set up the generator and van following opening up procedure
- prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to order
- prepare and serve breakfast baps to order

- clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment; using the correct cleaning equipment and products as per cleaning schedule
- clean surrounding service areas such as the floor, walls, and service areas as per cleaning schudule
- carry out out stock ordering procedure daily
- report equipment faults to a manager
- receive and process customer payments
- uphold excellent customer service following the ethos of The Split Bean at all times
- adhering to any health and safety, risk, and food hygiene policies and procudres
Requirements
- barista trained or significant coffee making experience
- able to cook breakfast baps to order
- previous customer facing, hospitality experience

- full driving licence and ability to drive a Renault Master van
- physically strong and able to manouver a generator
- food and Hygiene Level 2 or willingness to complete before starting
- first Aid within the workpace or willingness to complete

- manual Handing certification or willingness to complete
