- monitor utility usage and plan for changing supplier as circumstances dictate, via liaison with The Spire Admin and our energy broker
- be the designated key holder for emergency access to the site
- responsible to: The lay employee will be employed by the Church Council and will be line managed by: member of Poole Methodists/Sea Change Management Board
- communicate effectively and regularly with the Sea Change Management Board and colleagues about the state of the premises, maintenance requirements, health and safety concerns etc
