Responsibility

  • under new ownership, we are looking for a Retail Supervisor/Manager to join us at The Speyside Whisky Shop
  • daily supervision of our Aberlour shop
  • reporting to company director
  • handling customer enquiries on phone, online and in person
  • the role is based within our Aberlour shop, but a large proportion of our sales activity is executed online
  • administration and processing of online sales including delivery procedures
  • digital marketing & social media promotion
  • customer service management

Requirements

  • full, clean driving license
  • all applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
  • personal Alcohol Licence Holder

Responsibility

  • we are looking for an assistant manager for The Whisky Shop in Inverness
  • all applicants must be over 18 years of age due to current Scottish alcohol laws
  • your employment would be to cover all tasks a manager would do in their absence due to days off or holidays
  • we pride ourselves on quality customer service to match the quality of the products we have to offer our clientele
  • A knowledge of whisky would also be a benefit for this role
  • the Whisky Shop is the largest specialist retailer on the UK high street with 21 branches located from Inverness in the Scottish Highlands to London and Brighton in the south of England
  • we are now very excited to be opening our 22nd shop due to begin trading in Leeds City Centre in early September
  • we have proudly served the residents of Inverness and it's many visitors since 1998. We continue to stock a huge range of Unique, Different and Interesting whiskies keeping us ahead of the game and a leader in the area for Whisky Retailing
