Responsibility

  • the Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill has 150 covers and is based in a 78-bedroom hotel
  • oversee and execute day to day operations within front of house
  • as such a lot of the financial accounting and legal and building compliance are completed by the Hotel Management Team
  • provide effective leadership and maintain a presence during service
  • hiring and training staff
  • ensuring the Restaurant and Kitchen is legally compliant
  • incentivising staff with competitions, targets, and rewarding reward points
  • we have an exciting opportunity at The Three Chimneys Smokehouse and Grill to recruit a dynamic Restaurant Manager to run our team
