Responsibility
- conduct thorough and professional consultations for each new client
- completing client homecare and treatment recommendations based on the consultation process
- perform facials, and other advanced skin treatments to a high standard
- have a good general knowledge of all the treatments and products we offer in order to sell and answer client questions
- using initiative to solve client problems and answer requests
- maintaining accurate client records. Ensuring that client paper files are stored in alphabetical order
- answering client enquiries in person, by phone and email in a professional manner with exceptional customer service
- managing the diary to maximise efficiency of clinic time
Requirements
- NVQ Beauty Level 3
- experience in advanced treatments e.g. chemical peels, micro-needling is desirable
