Responsibility

  • we are looking for a committed individual to join our kitchen team to assist in preparing, cooking our well-loved homemade meals on a full time, permanent basis
  • working alongside our currant chef, you will assist in all aspects of prep for our full menu, Sunday lunches & take away orders
  • working knowledge of a kitchen is desirable but training to "The Shoulder Way" will be given. Duties will also include food safety checks, working to food hygiene regulations, menu planning, ordering & stock control
