Requirements

Responsibility

  • answering phone and online enquiries in a prompt and efficient manner with focus on excellent customer experience
  • managing field staff diaries through job management software, ensuring work is arranged in time and travel efficient manner
  • create new and improve existing procedures for all office based tasks
  • organise and complete bookkeeping and accounts payable in timely manner
  • dealing with suppliers and 3rd parties to organise orders / returns
  • organise office supplies, services and minor repairs
  • manage accreditation applications and renewals
  • fleet maintenance management

Education

  • certificate of Higher Education

Requirements

  • administration or Business Qualification
  • minimum 5 years experience in office administration or office management role
  • experience of CRM / job mangement software
  • excellent customer service skills
  • high attention to detail
  • proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
  • experience with Xero or other accounting software
  • proven track record of creating and implementing procedures to contribute to company improvement
