- organise and complete bookkeeping and accounts payable in timely manner
- dealing with suppliers and 3rd parties to organise orders / returns
- organise office supplies, services and minor repairs
- manage accreditation applications and renewals
- fleet maintenance management
- certificate of Higher Education
- administration or Business Qualification
- minimum 5 years experience in office administration or office management role
- experience of CRM / job mangement software
- excellent customer service skills
- high attention to detail
- proven ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- experience with Xero or other accounting software
- proven track record of creating and implementing procedures to contribute to company improvement
