- we are looking for a skilled Panel technician to join the team at our busy bodyshop in Rugby
- be competent in all areas of Panel repair, from small dents up to bigger ones
- be competent in all areas of Panel repair, we do small and large dents
- we are very busy as we are good at repairing panels instead of fitting new parts
- we are a busy body shop because we try to repair rather than replace damaged panels
- check own work after each stage of repair
- adhere to approved methods
- complete all work to a high standard
Requirements
- keen eye for detail
- work to a high level
- ATA or NVQ Prefered but not essential
- I worked on the shop floor for over 20 years and I was a very good panel beater
- panel beating: 2 years
- ATA or NVQ Prefered but not essential. I believe experience on the shop floor is just as important, if not more so than a bit of paper saying how good you are
