Responsibility
- the Rug Group Ltd is a small family business
- we primarily restore and repair handmade Oriental rugs and runners
- we collect and deliver items from our clients, who are almost all private individuals
- we deal directly with the owners and take huge joy in restoring often aged and sentimental items
- we have offices located in London and Edinburgh and our services cover the whole of the UK
- the nature of hand made rugs and carpets is that they are fairly heavy items. It will be a
- you will be responsible for ensuring the daily tasks of the fulfilment, and dispatching on time are made consistently without error
- you will also need to keep accurate control of all stock movements and despatch processes
Requirements
- full clean UK Driving license
- excellent Customer Service skills and ideally experience of working in a customer facing role
- attention to detail & super organised
- previous Warehouse experience ideally
- previous Warehouse and driving experience ideally
- able to work well in a small team and on your own
- ability to lift carpets and rugs unaided and within Heath & Safety guidelines
- work Remotely
