Responsibility

  • directly line manage: The Area Retail Manager, and the finance Manager and the IT/digital marketing manager. Undertaking regular appraisal and target setting in line with the Home’s objectives as agreed by the Board of Trustees
  • to identify ways in which to promote and enhance Danaher’s reputation as a centre of excellence, promoting its core values of Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome
  • adhering to the health and safety policies and procedures laid down by the Home
  • perform other duties not specified with in the job description, but which may reasonably be expected of a General Manager, as agreed with the Board of Trustees
