directly line manage: The Area Retail Manager, and the finance Manager and the IT/digital marketing manager. Undertaking regular appraisal and target setting in line with the Home’s objectives as agreed by the Board of Trustees
to identify ways in which to promote and enhance Danaher’s reputation as a centre of excellence, promoting its core values of Rescue, Rehabilitate and Rehome
adhering to the health and safety policies and procedures laid down by the Home
perform other duties not specified with in the job description, but which may reasonably be expected of a General Manager, as agreed with the Board of Trustees
