Responsibility
- we are looking to recruit a part-time Bar Manager to run the Ropery Hall bar
- weekly line cleaning, carry out stock level checks, place orders when required and maintain the equipment
- carrying out key holder duties, such as locking and alarming the building when you are the last on site, and giving access to any supplier deliveries or contractors during your working hours
- required to attend monthly meetings with Line Manager and Business Manager to discuss any jobs that need handling or issues that have arisen
Requirements
- personal licence holder
- previous management experience
- first Aid/Fire Training certificates
- bar management: 1 year
