- the Rocking Horse Shop is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team
- we are a small company, but we are looking for someone who is looking to grow with the company

- prepare and enter daily financial transactions into the company’s accounting software
- perform accounts payable and receivable duties
- monitor the company’s accounts receivable and accounts payable ledger
- reconcile bank statements and manage invoices
- facilitate the payment of invoices due by contacting customers or posting on the website
Requirements
- proven bookkeeping experience
- solid understanding of general accounting procedures
- proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
- hands-on experience with spreadsheets and Sage Accounts
