Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team
  • the ideal candidate should have excellent organisational skills, be detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • maintain accurate records of office activities
  • answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • greet visitors and provide them with assistance
  • schedule meetings and appointments
  • organise files and documents
  • the successful candidate should have a background of working within care homes and will be able to support the manager, including but not limited to data entry, filing, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence and other related tasks

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • care home: 5 years
