Responsibility
- this is an unique opportunity for a Fitness Instructor/Duty Manager at The River Club
- the River Club is privately owned and is set in its own 12 acres of land and has the feel of a Country Club and is a home away from home for its Members and Staff many who have been at the Club for over 10 years
- the Role will have specific Fitness responsibilities such as ensuring our Members receive the very best levels of advice and support to achieve their goals in a fun atmosphere
- responsibilities will include inducting new members and creating individual plans, plan gym events and social activities, supporting the Sales/Reception and maintenance of equipment whilst working within a team in a fun atmosphere
- you will also be expected to become an integral part of the Club and help out in all areas of the Club ensuring Standards and H&S are maintained including Duty Manager shifts and opening and closing the Club
- the role will be suitable for self motivated Fitness Instructors with a level 2 qualification or equivalent looking to take on more responsibility and learning all aspects of the running of a Club to further their career
