Responsibility
- to answer the telephone within a timely manner
- to upload all documents required for compliance onto The Key in line with Company time scales
- to inform Brokers when we have received their client’s application packs
- to inform Brokers upon case completion
- to send out request consents, request valuations and chase any outstanding documents/actions within a timely manner
- to deal with the incoming and outgoing post
- to upload all documents received from third parties such as clients, surveyors and lenders onto Dropbox to allow the adviser to access the documents
- to assist with other duties as directed by Senior Managers to accommodate business needs
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience within Administration
- industry experience is preferable, but not essential
