THE RICHMOND ARMS is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility

  • team Leader/Trainee Assistant Manager
  • assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
  • you will be part of a leadership team that drives the pub and all team members to success
  • champion an area of influence within the business
  • provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • perform bartending duties, including preparing and serving drinks
  • assist with coffee preparation and service
  • assist with BOH and ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

  • previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is required
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • supervising experience: 1 year
  • restaurant management: 1 year
  • bar management: 1 year
