- ● Taking monthly meter readings and updating them on Podio
- ● Signing off Permit to Work with an external contractor
- ● Periodic inspections of each flat to ensure they are kept in good condition and ensure that any required repairs do not get worse
- ● Ensure Fire Exit routes are kept clear of all obstructions
