  • you will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently encourage the team to do the same
  • you will be working closely with our Front Office Manager specifically by supporting them in maintaining administrative systems and procedures
  • our ideal candidate will have experience working as a Night Supervisor, Night Auditor or a Senior Receptionist

  • your role as the Night Supervisor is to support and make certain that you deliver an exceptional guest experience time and time again
  • as our Night Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our guests and for supervising the Front Office during the night
  • you will be a confident communicator and support the Front Office Manager in supervising and developing your team. You must have the ability to role model to you team and ensure they are always friendly, helpful, smart and presentable

Responsibility

  • ensure that the service offered to guests is individual and personal
  • build relationships with guests, ensuring that they want to return to the hotel
  • ensure good communication with all departments throughout the hotels
  • ensure that all regular and VIP guests are known and cared for accordingly
  • handle, follow-up and communicate any comments or complaints from guests, passing them on to the Front of House Manager as necessary
  • be familiar with and promote the hotel facilities
  • serve any late night residents from the bar
  • to be fully versed with all fire evacuation procedures and operating the fire panel
