- we are on the lookout for a talented hands on Bar Manager or Maitre'd to join the team at this busy, destination restaurant and bar near Skipton
- due to the location candidates should have their own transport however the property does offer lovely staff accommodation charged at £260 per month all bills inclusive with shared facilities
- the venue welcomes tourists and regulars through the doors and the bar offers wine wines, beers and cocktails to accompanying the fresh 2AA rosette food menu which has been carefully designed using seasonal, locally sourced produce
- day-to-day bar management of a busy destination venue which offers fine wines, cocktails, spirits and a fresh 2AA seasonal food menu
- full engagement and involvement in back-office operations including rota planning, ordering and effective stock control
- establish and maintain high standards of service and hospitality
