Responsibility

  • weekly attendance to team meetings with a variety of stakeholders to gain vital updates regarding manufacturing and build status for customers
  • manage the customer handover vehicle effectively and within agreed timeframes
  • support with coordinating work to be completed on vehicles to ensure they are in perfect condition for customers ahead of handover
  • managing the valet and chauffeurs to closely monitor all fleet and customer vehicles incoming and outgoing
  • closely assist the Relationship Managers with all any tasks required to ensure a premium customer journey
  • general fleet administration including processing bookings and accurately recording data
  • as a Fleet Administrator you will be responsible for proactively managing customer vehicles and provide regular updates on status of vehicles through daily use of fleet management systems and manipulating data using Vlookups in Excel spreadsheets
