the Office Manager will be responsible for running office systems efficiently and diligently, including revising processes where appropriate and necessary
we are hiring an Office manager and Finance administrator to become part of our expanding and busy team
you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records on Xero, HR and H&S toolkits, and the CRM
looking for multi-tasking and a natural people person with knowledge of how to run an office essential
if you are a "roll your sleeves up and get stuck in" type of person please apply
management of IT folder structures including Capsule and Box, filing of routine documents such as
the Office Manager is also responsible for prompting and supporting other members of the RWE team with administrative, research and data management tasks
the role is a mixture of working from home and one or two days in a co-working office in Bath and occasionally London. We are looking for someone flexible and positive with super attention to detail
Requirements

suitable financial qualification not essential but working knowledge of financial processes and financial software is needed
