Responsibility
- producing or contributing to written, video, and graphic content for a range of marketing channels
- reviewing marketing activities against KPIs and providing data to support future planning
- managing the content calendar and deadlines in collaboration with the wider team
- writing and editing articles, emails, lead magnets, video scripts and LinkedIn posts according to our own style guide and standards
- selecting and editing appropriate imagery for our content
- developing online training courses, webinars, and other useful resources
- collaborating with members of the wider team, who are subject experts with limited marketing experience
- supporting our customers via an R&D Helpline and on-demand consultancy
