- we’ve recently expanded our pub, creating a new kitchen to increase our service capacity. This kitchen is still in the development process and is in need of a responsible person who can work with us to drive this development
- implementing and managing prep schedules
- we’re looking for a kitchen manager to join our growing business, taking responsibility for the newest of our two kitchens. The role will revolve around service and backroom management
- backroom organisation of stock and systems such as the defrost and rotation of products
- oversight on ordering and cultivating relationships with suppliers
