Responsibility
- the Ratio Design & Build is looking for a motivated and energetic Site Manager to join our growing organization
- ensure that all site personnel are working in an safe, efficient, and effective manner
- manage and maintain daily site time schedules
- monitor daily site time and ensure that all team members are working at their peak
- ensure that all site policies and procedures are being followed by all personnel
- monitor all company email correspondence with management to ensure compliance with site standards
- ensure that all site personnel are following company policies on appearance and construction when completing projects
- the Site Manager is responsible for ensuring the success of the site by managing the operations of the building and ensuring that all site personnel are working in a safe, efficient, and effective manner
Requirements
- high School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a construction management role required; 1-3 years in a Site Management role preferred
- knowledge of construction material/sizes/colors/etc. preferred; will train right candidate on selected products/materials
- must be able to read drawings/blueprints required; Must be able to write shop instructions required; Must be able to read and interpret blueprints required; Must be able to read and interpret construction documents such as BOMs/RFPs/Safety Plans/etc
