Responsibility
- the Ralph is a large independent multidisciplinary specialist referral centre in Marlow, southeast of England
- we pride ourselves in providing exceptional, compassionate care for dogs and cats
- our dedicated and passionate team continually delivers the best treatment and support for our patients and their families
- management of our pharmacy's daily operations
- maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of pharmaceutical and other supplies and consumables, ensuring stock is always well-stocked and replenished
- assist with the placement, receiving, and organisation of drug and other inventory orders
- ensure that all inventory is properly labelled, stored, and disposed of as required
- work closely with our large team of veterinary surgeons and nurses to ensure that prescribed medications are prepared accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- already being a Companion Animal Suitably Qualified Person or having a similar qualification is desirable but not essential
- prior experience in the veterinary or another healthcare sector is a plus
- prior experience in pharmacy or inventory management is a plus
- strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
- proficient in basic computer applications
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their wellbeing
