Responsibility

  • the Ralph is a large independent multidisciplinary specialist referral centre in Marlow, southeast of England
  • we pride ourselves in providing exceptional, compassionate care for dogs and cats
  • our dedicated and passionate team continually delivers the best treatment and support for our patients and their families
  • management of our pharmacy's daily operations
  • maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of pharmaceutical and other supplies and consumables, ensuring stock is always well-stocked and replenished
  • assist with the placement, receiving, and organisation of drug and other inventory orders
  • ensure that all inventory is properly labelled, stored, and disposed of as required
  • work closely with our large team of veterinary surgeons and nurses to ensure that prescribed medications are prepared accurately and efficiently

Requirements

  • already being a Companion Animal Suitably Qualified Person or having a similar qualification is desirable but not essential
  • prior experience in the veterinary or another healthcare sector is a plus
  • prior experience in pharmacy or inventory management is a plus
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • proficient in basic computer applications
  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their wellbeing
