- establish and maintain long-term relationships with individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations
- secure funding by approaching trusts, businesses and individuals
- support all donor led events and campaigns to maximise on income and awareness raising for Rainbow
- to increase awareness of The Rainbow Centre, its cause and to generate donations through a mix of corporate fundraising, events and activities, and trusts and grants
- recruit, train, manage and retain a team of Fundraising Volunteers
Requirements
- excellent interpersonal skills face to face, on telephone and in writing
- ability to research, analyse and collate fundraising data
- excellent presentation and communication skills
- ability to organise and prioritise workloads
- able to work flexible hours as required
- budget management skills
- good working knowledge of MS office systems
- ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
