Responsibility

  • manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial strategic planning to feasibility, design, implementation/construction, and handover
  • utilising lead and continuous improvement tools
  • compiling necessary business cases and capital expenditure projects as required
  • capturing all requirements, project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
  • build strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, technical specialists, and partners Apply your expertise in project, contract, and risk management to establish effective relationships and facilitate collaborative and efficient ways of working
  • developing and maintaining a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • ensure all works and modifications are fully inclusive and accessible Ensure that all local requirements, regulations and legislation is adhered to at all times
