Responsibility
- the Front End Associate is responsible for the front of the house, including food preparation, service, and guest relations

Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment preferred
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and move objects with your arms and hands
- must be able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- must be able to handle customer complaints, change requests, and resolve issues or complaints with a positive attitude
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move objects with your arms and hands
- must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time and work well with others to achieve team goals
