Requirements

  • you will have knowledge and understanding of relevant employment legislation
  • it would be beneficial to be CIPD qualified however not essential
  • you will be highly organised and be able to manage your own workload and capable of multi-tasking in a busy environment
  • you will need to be confident in your understanding of employment law and advising on the implications of decisions and able to support managers with business-focused, timely and effective solutions
  • the successful candidate will have proven ER experience including advising on disciplinary, capability, absence and grievance issues as well as experience of working in a high-volume environment
  • you will have high attention to detail and levels of accuracy, along with strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels, not afraid to challenge and offer solutions and recommendations
