Responsibility

  • the Leadership Team will work closely together alongside the Atelieristas, seniors, educators and apprentices to be an Outstanding Nursery
  • pumpkin Patch are looking for a second Deputy Manager to join our Nursery in Brighton We are a group of outstanding day nurseries in Brighton, Hove and Worthing and our nurseries we are full of passion, kindness and high-quality care with the children at the centre of everything we do

  • all early year's leaders will be highly qualified and passionate about designing an inspiring environment for children and creating wonderful experiences for our children
  • the Deputy Manager will work closely with the Pedagogical Leads and Leads to support them to lead on the curriculum and philosophies of Pumpkin Patch including sharing their knowledge and research of the Reggio Emilia Approach and the Scandinavian Approach to Outdoor Learning
