Requirements

  • previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
  • proficient in using Outlook/Office 360/Google Drive
  • strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibility

  • manage all e-mails/WhatsApp chats from current parents / tutors / venues . This will mainly involve organising catch up sessions, handling cancellations and organising tutor cover if needed
  • answer all enquiries from new parents and schools, file all enquiries and follow response processes
  • set up all monthly subscriptions / arrange payments from parents on our admin app as new students join
  • first point of contact for any queries, issues etc from tutors / parents / venues / schools as they come in
