Requirements
previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
proficient in using Outlook/Office 360/Google Drive
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibility
manage all e-mails/WhatsApp chats from current parents / tutors / venues . This will mainly involve organising catch up sessions, handling cancellations and organising tutor cover if needed
answer all enquiries from new parents and schools, file all enquiries and follow response processes
set up all monthly subscriptions / arrange payments from parents on our admin app as new students join
first point of contact for any queries, issues etc from tutors / parents / venues / schools as they come in
