apprentice administrator

  • apprentice administrator

Working hours

  • full-time | Apprenticeship

Responsibility

  • to assist membership and assessments team with answering email queries and respond within certain timescales
  • ensure CRM is up to date with member details and adding of new members
  • deal with complaints from members
  • working in conjunction with Marketing Executive to support marketing within CPDSO including assisting with member monthly emails, and webinars
  • to maintain website by uploading member details and ensuring all client list updated on a regular basis
  • any other administrative duties as required by the team
  • work on various projects to support the growth of the business

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent
