- to support line managers in retaining high-quality employees
- to implement the Performance Management System consistently
- to work with Line Managers to identify training needs and to ensure that appropriate training solutions are implemented
- this role is a maternity cover for our HR Business Partner, we are looking to hire a HR Officer to assist in the implementation of the HR Strategy by ensuring that Company policies and procedures are consistently applied across the business
- to provide advice to Line Managers regarding all issues such as contractual and disciplinary issues, keeping up to date with legal developments
- run and manage Best Companies annual survey along with MC3 and the organizing of individual meetings to go through individual line manager data packs
