- the objective of the role is to ensure there is a seamless flow of advice requests into the Client Delivery Team supported by clear and accurate policy information that you have obtained
- ensure that all tasks on CURO are completed in line with company policies and procedures
- your role will be to offer the most efficient, professional and effective client service possible with a high focus on quality and accuracy
- liaising with the Regulatory & Technical team to ensure the advice is compliant
- speaking regularly with Advisers and Paraplanners to keep them up to date with advice in the pipeline
- be able to prioritise work in your queue by liaising with advisers on a regular basis
- providing high quality research and administrative support to the Paraplanners. This will be achieved by contacting providers to obtain and compile accurate policy information
- building strong and effective working relationships with other teams in the firm and third-party product providers
- speaking regularly with advisers and their support to keep them up to date with advice in the pipeline
- there will be the opportunity to take part in projects on an ad-hoc basis as required by the business

Requirements
