Responsibility
- provide services to patients during daytimes and schedule them for follow up appointments during nighttimes according to company guidelines
Requirements
- minimum high school diploma required. GED accepted
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- experience in addiction treatment services or related field preferred
- must have exceptional phone presence and be able to communicate effectively with a variety of people
- must have exceptional interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with patients and staff
- must have strong sales skills, able to make appointments and recommendations for patients
- must have strong sales skills, able to make appointments and sell time extensions to patients
