Requirements
nursing qualification would be valuable but not essential
recognisable social care, nursing care experience and/or qualifications
history of good/outstanding CQC reports
commercially astute
Responsibility
to ensure the effective implementation, and monitoring of, record keeping which is required by the homes, Government legislation and/or the registration authorities, including the Key Lines of Enquiry/Essential Standards detailed in the Health and Social Care Act
to investigate complaints as directed by the Operations Manager carrying out the required action, and reporting to the Operations Manager and, where necessary, the Registration Authorities
to attend staff meetings
any other duties that the Operations Manager sees appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the group
to ensure the effective implementation and monitoring of all Prestige Care policies and procedures
to attend Provider Forums/Care Home Association Meetings/Regulatory Meetings and Contracts Team meetings
to support the homes when a manager is absent and provide support to the Operations Manager
