Requirements

  • sage: 1 year

Responsibility

  • run VAT reports and check all VAT codes on transactions
  • review supplier credit limits
  • assist with cash flow reports
  • review supplier credit limits and set next review on Sage
  • process import duty liaising with Stores Manager
  • monthly report on outstanding and part delivered orders, liaise with other departments and review regarding accruals
  • some tasks will be required only during holiday cover or sickness of Head of Accounts
  • any other accounting tasks as and when required and assist other departments when needed
