Responsibility
- run VAT reports and check all VAT codes on transactions
- review supplier credit limits
- assist with cash flow reports
- review supplier credit limits and set next review on Sage
- process import duty liaising with Stores Manager
- monthly report on outstanding and part delivered orders, liaise with other departments and review regarding accruals
- some tasks will be required only during holiday cover or sickness of Head of Accounts
- any other accounting tasks as and when required and assist other departments when needed
