the Membership Administrator’s main role is to be the face of The Practice Rooms
the administrator is responsible for being the first point of contact for all new enquiries, providing therapists with excellent customer service
the administrator is therefore responsible for answering questions, providing rental information, logging calls on Highrise , and ensuring that relevant staff within The Practice Rooms respond to new enquiries in a timely manner
admin support for Practice Managers during holidays, absences, and busy times
