Responsibility

  • the Membership Administrator’s main role is to be the face of The Practice Rooms
  • the administrator is responsible for being the first point of contact for all new enquiries, providing therapists with excellent customer service
  • the administrator is therefore responsible for answering questions, providing rental information, logging calls on Highrise , and ensuring that relevant staff within The Practice Rooms respond to new enquiries in a timely manner
  • admin support for Practice Managers during holidays, absences, and busy times
