Responsibility

  • to ensure that all external guests are attended to and directed to the appropriate area of the building to be met by their host
  • to undertake all reasonable requests from the Team Leader/Supervisor, Account Manager or Client
  • to escalate any concerns regarding the service or area to the relevant manager
  • to attend both on-site and external training courses as and when necessary
