Responsibility
- plan and conduct fitness classes to a group of all abilities outdoors in all weathers all year round
- provide guidance on proper exercise techniques and form
- be enthusiastic and welcoming to both existing members and new trialists
- be available for at least 4 sessions a month on a flexible rota
Requirements
- A minimum Level 2 Fitness Qualification is essential and the ideal candidate will also have a Military or Public Services background
