manage your section daily
A successful candidate will be experienced in this position, and will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of food preparation
develop new recipes and menus
will be able to follow instructions and work as a team
complete daily work schedules
work alongside the kitchen brigade
communicate effectivly with both front of house team
as Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running your own section throughout service and maintaining the hightest standards of cleanliness at all times
